This Series is designed to complement the learning experiences within the Global Health Foundations and Worldview series (GLBH 564, GLBH 566, GLBH 568) and other skills-based courses such as Grant and Proposal Writing (GLBH 515) and Integrated Community Development (GLBH 545).

In the lecture component, students will learn the theoretical foundations of the skills necessary to be a competent global public health practitioner. In the lab component, students will have an opportunity to practice these skills in the classroom setting and gain additional instruction in how to apply the skills inĀ  community settings as part of their service learning projects.
